Out come of Bilateral Meeting on 09.09.2025.

Dear Friends/Members,

As you are aware that the management has called a bilateral meeting on R&P and Other Issues on 09.09.2025.

The coordination committee decided that before taking up the R&P issues it was imperative to resolve the long pending issue of

  1. GH / NH NH / C-Off and OT which was withdrawn by the latest order dated 07.08.2025.

2. Restoration of Pathology credit facility.

3. Extension of age limit of TBFO involved in operations.

4. The unions expressed strong displeasure against unilateral decisions of the management affecting the working conditions of the workers.

A lengthy discussion was held with the management in the presence of Director HR, ED Chief ER, ED Chief HRD, IC Corporate IR, IC Corporate Policy and other senior officials. The unions tried to convey the dissatisfaction and resentment of the workers to the management and the mental agony the recent office orders (including the order of 07.08.2025) has created amongst the workers. Realising the indifferent attitude of management towards the problems of the workers the coordination committee decided to stage a sit in hunger protest in DUB which started at 05.00pm and continued till 12.00 midnight. At midnight the sit in hunger protest was called off after the assurance that the demands would be positively considered. Again in the morning on 10.09.2025 the meeting was held at DUB and we are happy to share the outcome as below.

  1. Unions have strongly protested against the order dated 07.8.2025. As a result the Management has agreed for review of NH/GH/C OFF/OT and modified orders shall be released shortly.

2. Due to continuous persuasion by unions and strong demand, Management has agreed for extension of superannuation age of TBFOs till 55 years with retrospective effect.

3. Management has agreed for restoration of pathology credit facility in short span of time. Also, management has sought for inputs from Union in this regard.

4. Interim PRP at the rate of 50% for year 2024-25 is expected to be released by last week of Sept-2025.

5. Demand for Regularisation of Contract Paramedics & TBFOs and Wage Revision of Contract Paramedics was discussed at length.

6. Unions presented demand for conduct of R&P Meeting on fast-track mode to which Management has agreed for same.

7. Discussions was held to release the pending mutual transfer request of all work centers to which the management was positive.

8. In the meeting Director HR conveyed that the management has agreed to procure quality PPE items for which the order has been issued today on 10.09.2025. Further details will be shared by the General Secretaries of the respective unions.
