Dear Friends,

There has been a misunderstanding regarding the “transfer policy for staff employees” mentioned in the recent circular.

Regarding this two separate points were discussed in meeting:

1. The SOP regarding the transfer policy for staff employees pertains to cases involving mutual transfers, medical cases, etc.
2. The Chairman & CEO requested the General Secretaries to explore the possibility of transferring staff employees. However, all the General Secretaries decided to decline this request.

We urge all staff employees not to misinterpret any matter and to feel free to communicate with the officer bearers of the union.

प्रिय बंधू आणि भगिनींनो,

आपल्याला माहीतच आहे की, २९.०८.२०२४ ला व्यवस्थापनेकडून ऑफशोअरला जाणाऱ्या ऍम्प्लॉईजना फास्ट क्रु-बोटीने पाठवण्याबाबतची एकतर्फी ऑर्डर काढण्यात आली होती.

त्यावर सदर विषयाची गंभीरता लक्षात घेऊन पेट्रोलियम एम्प्लॉईज युनियनने ताबडतोब व्यवस्थापनेला घेराव करून व पत्र पाठवून फास्ट क्रु-बोटी ने कामगार जाणार नाहीत व आपण कामगारांची एक जबाबदार युनियन म्हणून आलेल्या ऑर्डरचा जाहीर निषेध व विरोध करतो असे ठणकावून सांगण्यात आले.

सदर पत्राचा परिणाम म्हणून व सदर बाबतचा पाठपुरावा करण्यासाठी आज सकाळी ED-WOU यांची भेट घेऊन जाब विचारला असता, व्यवस्थापनाने फास्ट क्रु-बोटीने फक्त कंत्राटी कामगारच(Contracutal Manpower) जातील आणि ओएनजीसी ऍम्प्लॉई जाणार नाहीत असे स्पष्ट केले. पुढील दिशा ठरवण्याआधीच आपल्या पहिल्याच प्रयत्नाला यश आले आहे.

टीप: फास्ट क्रु-बोटीने फक्त Contractual Manpower च जाईल याची सर्वांनी नोंद घ्यावी…!
