In response to our Letter to Dy.CLC (C) & our continued followup on Overtime issue for Offshore and Onshore Employees of W.O.U.
Petroleum Employees Union was called for a Meeting today @ Vasudhara Bhavan.

Along with Union Representatives, all Key Executives of Drilling, Production, HR & IR were present for the meeting.

We strongly condemned the attitude of the Management to have neglected this issue for so long even after repeated reminders.
Management proposed for Sanctioning of O.T. for beyond 28 days of offshore duty & making part payment of those O.T hours to which,we stated that we have kept our rightful demands very Loud & Clear in our letters and we shall not compromise on anything less than that.
Further we raised the issue of Hotel Quarantine days to be considered as Offshore duty days & demanded for fixed guidelines for offshore shift days to which Management has assured that they will positively consider these demand in consultation with HQ.

A Separate meeting with our representatives & the Plant Management will be scheduled at Uran & Hazira Plants on O.T. issue.

Friends, O.T. for working beyond prescribed duty period is our right & we shall go to all extent to achieve it.
