Today, on 21st March-2025, the All India ONGC Trade Unions Coordination Committee (AIOTUCC) held a comprehensive discussion regarding the withdrawal of the Credit Medical Facility with ONGC Management at B.S Negi Bhawan, ONGC DDN. The meeting was chaired by Hon’ble Director (HR) of ONGC.
During the meeting, all the General Secretaries strongly objected to management’s unilateral decision and presented a united protest.
We would like to inform you that management has agreed to revisit the withdrawal of the Credit Medical Facility. Furthermore, management has agreed to reinstate the credit facility of pathology tests very shortly and will review the feasibility of reinstating the credit for OPD, Dental, and Physiotherapy services in due course.
In addition, we are pleased to inform you that management has agreed to constitute a WORKING COMMITTEE to review the R&P. As such the R&P issues will be resolved in a fast-track manner now.
Additionally, management has agreed to expedite the procurement of core PPE items at the earliest.
Wage Revision of TBFO and extension of Retirement tenure of TBFO was also discussed exclusively and management is postive on it. The matter will be finalized in next MCOD Meeting.
Re- Designation of Class-IV staff has also been approved.
