पेट्रोलियम एम्प्लॉईज युनियन, मुंबई कडुन यंदाच्या २१ दिवसांच्या अन्यायी ड्यूटी पॅटर्न विरोधात मा. उच्च न्यायालयात Writ Petition दाखल करण्यात आली आहे.

पेट्रोलियम एम्लाईज युनियन च्या वकिलांनी केलेल्या मुद्देसूद विनंतीमुळे मा. उच्च न्यायालयाने दि.०७/०५/२६ रोजी या प्रकरणाची तातडीची सुनावणी ठेवण्यास सहमती दर्शवली आहे.

The Petroleum Employees Union Mumbai has filed a Writ Petition in the Honorable High Court against this year’s (2026) 21-day duty pattern.

Due to the well-structured arguments presented by the union’s lawyers, the Honorable High Court has agreed to schedule an urgent hearing before Hon’ble Highcourt’s Summer Vacation on this matter on 07/05/2026.(Thursday)
