Dear Friends,
As you are aware of the recent unilateral approach of the ONGC Management regarding curtailing of facilities of the employees at $60, $60-$70, there is a strong reaction of the staff and officers on this unprecedented anti-employee stance of the management along with stoppage of OT\/CoFF and inability of the management to address the long pending welfare issues of staff and organization. Unlike previous times the management has resorted to discontinue the tradition of bilateral dialogue and violate the labour laws.
During these extraordinary circumstances the coordination committee met on 03\/04.01.2026 at Rajahmundry and has viewed these anti-employee and anti-organization developments very seriously and has unanimously decided to represent the issues to the Ministry of PnG, Chief Labour Commissioner and the Management.
The Coordination committee also met Shri, G M Harish Balayogi, Hon\u2019ble Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha), Member of Parliamentary Standing Committee on Labour and apprised him of the prevailing situation in ONGC and violation of labour laws.
The unanimous speaking resolutions of the coordination committee are attached herewith for your kind information.
The coordination committee would like to extend its regards to the representatives of various Associations of Collectives for resonating with the sentiments of the employees and standing together during these testing times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
