Dear Brothers and Sisters<\/em> ,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The management has turned a blind eye to the interests of the workers and has made illegal alterations in the declared government holidays. This decision is a direct injustice to the working class and an attack on our fundamental rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In protest against this injustice, the Petroleum Employees Union has taken a firm stand and has served a strike notice to the Labour Commissioner.<\/em> Recognizing the seriousness of the matter, the Labour Commissioner has immediately convened a conciliation meeting under Section 12 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This meeting is scheduled to be held on 10.09.2025 at 1:00 PM<\/em> in the office of the Labour Commissioner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
