Dear Friends,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There has been a misunderstanding regarding the “transfer policy for staff employees” mentioned in the recent circular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regarding this two separate points were discussed in meeting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. The SOP regarding the transfer policy for staff employees pertains to cases involving mutual transfers, medical cases, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The Chairman & CEO requested the General Secretaries to explore the possibility of transferring staff employees. However, all the General Secretaries decided to decline this request.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    We urge all staff employees not to misinterpret any matter and to feel free to communicate with the officer bearers of the union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
