{"id":2847,"date":"2024-05-24T14:36:38","date_gmt":"2024-05-24T14:36:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peuwoumumbai.com\/?p=2847"},"modified":"2024-05-25T10:30:51","modified_gmt":"2024-05-25T10:30:51","slug":"2847","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/peuwoumumbai.com\/?p=2847","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dear colleagues,<br>Yesterday i.e on 24.05.2024 conciliation meeting was held between representatives of Petroleum Employees Union,Mumbai and representatives of management in the office of Hon&#8217;ble Dy.Chief Labour Commisioner<br>(Central) regarding the Industrial dispute raised by PEU against office order of 21 days On\/Off pattern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On behalf of Petroleum Employees Union Mr.Santosh Patil (GS), Mr.Suresh Nannaware (VP), Mr.Datta Tawade, Mr.Ashish Jagyasi, Mr.Shrinivas Acharya were present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Management Representatives Shri. Shri.Balliar Singh CGM(HR) I\/C HR-ER Regional Office, Shri. Vivek Jhiney, GM(HR) &#8211; I\/C IR mumbai, and others were present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this meeting PEU successfully convinced the Conciliation officer Dy.CLC (C) that this order of 21 days is illegal on the basis of 9A of the ID Act 1947.<br>After examining the facts the Hon&#8217;ble Dy.CLC(C) stated that the management has violated section 9A of IDA, hence 33A has to be invoked and seize the matter for future date i.e. Friday 31.05.2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, 14 days On\/Off pattern will continue till matter is pending at Dy.CLC(C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Friends, this is our first victory for ongoing constitutional fight and we are firm on our stand and will continue the fight in the constitutional way.<br>Thank you all for your support &amp;
